Sharp Invoice is a free browser-based tool that helps professionals create invoice documents. It is provided as a convenience tool only — not as legal, tax, or financial advice.
3No Tax or Legal Advice
Sharp Invoice does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. The VAT rates, legal notices, and country-specific fields are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. Always consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer before issuing invoices for commercial purposes.
4No Warranty
Sharp Invoice is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app is error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs. Use at your own risk.
5Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creator of Sharp Invoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: incorrect invoices, tax penalties, missed payments, data loss, or any other financial or legal consequences.
6Tax Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country and the countries of your clients. Sharp Invoice provides suggested formats and legal notices based on generally available information, but cannot guarantee compliance with your specific situation.
7Donations
Donations made through Ko-fi are voluntary and non-refundable. In exchange for any donation, unlock codes are provided that activate additional features in the app. These are goodwill gestures and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. No contractual relationship is created by making a donation.
8Privacy & Data
Sharp Invoice does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information entered in the app stays exclusively in your browser's local storage and is never sent to any server. We have no access to your invoices, client data, or any information you enter.
9Intellectual Property
Sharp Invoice and its design are the intellectual property of its creator. You may use the app freely but may not copy, modify, or redistribute the source code without permission.
10Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Sharp Invoice after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
